Yet workable solutions are already on the table: we need neither austerity, extreme politics, nor sacrifices. The key challenge lies in bridging the gap between visionary organizations and everyday citizens. Only by inspiring ordinary people with the Economy for the Common Good and sociocracy can a social transition unfold peacefully and organically rather than through violent upheaval.
