Looking back at my family history, one pivotal event in my father's life stands at the absolute center. Born in Chemnitz, he witnessed the horrific WWII bombing of his hometown as a child. He saw people catch fire from phosphorus bombs and burn alive—knowing phosphorus couldn't be extinguished. That trauma haunted him for the rest of his life, and he burned one warning into my mind: "Never let fascism return."
My drive to build UNO.TEAM isn't rooted in abstract academic theories; it stems from this visceral, protective reflex. I am searching for ways of living and social structures that forge genuine resilience against authoritarian, destructive systems.
