Organizations branding themselves around inclusion must be judged by their actions. Designing workshops strictly for paying professionals at standard fees systematically excludes individuals living in precarity. This reveals a classist blind spot: valuable lived experience and practical expertise get locked out the moment access depends on financial means. True inclusion cannot exist as an exclusive product for a privileged few.
