For months, I tried to build a supportive network through UNO.TEAM, sharing resources and encouraging trainers to join forces in a cooperative. Yet despite concrete actions—such as our gathering in late January 2026—my efforts met total silence. This leads to a painful realization: many people have internalized the brutal logic of the status quo so deeply that they no longer believe alternatives are possible. Instead of organizing together, they accept exploitation as an unchangeable rule—and might even act the same way if they reached the top.
