Just like the child in The Emperor's New Clothes, I am going to publicly name the systemic dishonesty, arbitrary bureaucracy, and calcified power dynamics I encounter. A system that relies on fear, economic pressure, and silent compliance doesn't deserve submission. It’s time to call things what they really are.
