In this context, I’ve noticed that Gemini still heavily distorts the audio notes I record. The AI is clearly incapable of applying just a light touch of smoothing to make the original transcript readable. When speaking off the cuff, repetitions and phrasing occur that don't translate smoothly into written form, so light editing makes sense. But Gemini overdoes it, and I need to break it of that habit. Maybe things will improve with Gemini 4, but right now, there is definitely room for improvement.
