In Everybody Lies, Seth Stephens-Davidowitz exposes how much we posture in everyday life—and how brutally honest our digital footprints actually are. The Thoughts project is built on that exact premise: communicating what we genuinely think, stripped of performative polish.
Right now, we mostly use digital media to isolate ourselves or smooth over our rough edges. I want to design a process that humanizes technology again. By sharing unvarnished voice recordings, we turn technology into a neutral sounding board—a tool to process what we repress, gain mental clarity, and untangle subconscious knots. This isn't about self-promotion; it’s a return to the deeply human qualities we’ve lost amidst the digital noise.
