Over the past twelve months, I generated a six-figure revenue as a contractor for an education provider, distributing subcontracts to more than thirty freelance trainers. Fluctuation in this field is extraordinarily high because nearly everyone survives under precarious conditions. A striking example is a highly qualified pedagogue from Ukraine: back home, she managed key accounts for a major pharmaceutical firm, but here she was exploited by a hotel owner who worked her into burnout without any willingness to compromise. This highlights how our system exploits skilled individuals, treating them as replaceable commodities rather than offering real inclusion.
