The word "re-integration" sounds benign, but it reveals a harsh truth about our economic system. A "link" belongs in a chain, on an assembly line, or in a military formation. Anyone who steps out of line disrupts the machine and faces punishment. The labor market often treats people the exact same way: it does not offer genuine freedom, but demands that individuals function as replaceable parts in a system that destroys our planet. We must stop forcing human beings into rigid, predetermined ranks.
