September 7, 2026, marks a major milestone on UNO.TEAM’s path toward becoming a cooperative: Natasa Dudar from our founding quartet has officially decided to step into the public eye under her own name. She will soon publish her first article directly on our platform. We set up an author account for her in Webflow, allowing her to release content independently—without editorial gatekeeping or oversight. When shared core values are solid, institutional control is replaced by genuine trust.
Simultaneously, she is taking over our Safespace Instagram channel, introducing her own event concept titled Nonperformance. Designed by women for women, it establishes a protected environment where thinkers and participants can decompress away from societal expectations. Women are given total autonomy: they can simply rest, engage in hands-on creative work, move around, or talk when they feel ready.
Crucially, UNO.TEAM is becoming larger than myself. My objective has always been to build a structure that functions independently of any single founder. I inherited these core values from thinkers who came before me, and we are now institutionalizing them for the long haul. We need organizational frameworks to provide safety and stability—but those frameworks must never smother individual autonomy.
