I am currently using my exchange with Gemini to structure my thought process and lay the foundation for our repository at UNO.TEAM. Right now, this isn't about finalized frameworks or manifestos; it’s strictly about extracting raw materials. Much like mining coal, ore, or diamonds, over 45 years of personal experiences, encounters, and decisions need to be unearthed and digitized first. A lot has been buried in memory and needs to be brought back to light step by step. Over the coming months, other core members will join the process at UNO.TEAM. That’s when an individual effort turns into a collaborative project with deep cross-connections. A team opening up its internal thinking process so transparently to the web is entirely unprecedented. Something genuinely new is taking shape.
