I thought long and hard about whether to publicly share my criticism regarding my work with this education provider. To me, this is a matter of civic duty: I grew up with the understanding that you have to stand up for democratic principles. Before publishing everything uncensored, however, I want to give their executive management in Berlin a fair chance to state their position.
I’ll send them a polite, straightforward letter. They will most likely ignore it, but they deserve the opportunity for an open dialogue. If they choose not to respond, I will publish the text unedited. I’m not naming individuals or violating privacy rights; I am simply documenting what I personally experienced.
I fully expect them to try to silence or punish me for speaking out. But that kind of aggressive reaction only proves the core point: if they truly believed their actions were justified, they wouldn't feel the need to suppress transparency. Exposing these dynamics is the only way to demand real accountability.
