We need to stop labeling people as "socially weak" when they are in fact systemically and structurally disadvantaged. The individuals aren't weak; the system itself is rigged. Despite popular rhetoric about open democracy, we still inhabit a class society defined by subtle and overt classism. From gender discrimination to structural barriers facing anyone who doesn't fit standard corporate molds, systemic devaluation happens top-down. Our working project, "Reallabor Leipzig-Plagwitz," is designed to build actual bridges, enabling marginalized groups to claim the access and agency they deserve.
