Ever since I committed to documenting my thoughts openly and systematically, I’ve noticed a fascinating shift in my internal wiring: my subconscious has naturally started generating far more constructive ideas on its own.
By choosing to stop hoarding my lived experience, I sent a definitive signal to my deeper psyche: "Your insights matter. What you've gathered over forty-five years holds real substance." We deeply underestimate how our minds respond when we treat our own cognition with dignity. As long as we internalize the belief that our raw thoughts are mundane or unfit for public consumption, we choke our creative output.
The moment you start treating your mental capital as a genuine asset, your brain flips into active production mode. This isn't about ego or self-promotion. My insights didn't materialize in a vacuum; they were forged through decades of friction, human relationships, and shared struggles. By honoring that raw material and putting it through a refining process, I give my subconscious full permission to keep connecting new dots.
