Ever since I started recording my thoughts on evening walks, my sleep has fundamentally changed.

I no longer spin in a hamster wheel of unresolved problems at night because I feed my subconscious clear, organized signals before going to bed. At the same time, existential anxiety loses its grip.

Sure, my usual sources of income are missing right now—there’s no debating that. But instead of freezing in shock, I’m using this phase to reinvent my thinking and sharpen my independence.

It used to wear me down inside when others didn't deliver at the agreed pace. Today, I resolve things with myself first, push through my own rhythm, and build my own unstoppable momentum.
