Bringing UNO.TEAM to life as a cooperative is no walk in the park. It’s a massive, highly complex project—and it's damn important.
I often compare this journey to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro or a brutal 8,000-meter peak. You don't set off on an expedition like that untrained and in street shoes. You have to prepare for months; you need physical stamina, mental maturity, and the endurance to go the distance.
I can only lead a strong team through the storm out there if I am first completely aligned with myself on the inside. I need inner balance, emotional resilience, and a grounded stability that won't wobble at the first sign of headwinds.
This isn't a selfish retreat. I'm not pulling away from our core team—from Mira, Natasa, or Natalia. Quite the opposite: I smile at them and invite them to walk right alongside me. Thoughts is our team-building at the source code level—where we bring our thinking exercises together and grow as one.
