We live in a world of constant disruption, where most days feel like an endless game of catch-up. For years, I was trapped in that exact loop. I burnt myself out in friction, reacted impulsively, and boiled over with frustration at broken systems—whether it was the exploitative grind of the gig economy, bureaucratic brick walls, or the total lack of genuine respect in the job market.

When we set out to build our cooperative, UNO.TEAM, we hit a wall. We kept spinning in circles. Instead of building deep trust, we were stuck in rigid mental loops. That's when the penny dropped: I can't build a resilient team or lead a collective movement if my own head is a mess. I had to clean up my own mental backyard first, untangle my thoughts, and reclaim my agency. A team acts like a magnet: the clearer and stronger your internal compass, the more authentic your pull.

That is how Thoughts was born.

Why Our Minds Are Overflowing

Why is clear thinking so hard to come by these days? Because the digital landscape has hijacked our brains and buried our authentic potential under endless noise. It usually comes down to three things:

1. The Ancient Survival Alarm

Evolutionary psychology shows that our self-esteem operates like an internal threat detector. To our ancestors, social rejection meant actual death. Our brains developed an ultra-sensitive warning system for it. Today, when a message goes unanswered or a post gets ignored, that exact same survival alarm trips. We experience physiological panic over digital trivialities.

2. The Performance Trap

At work, in meetings, or on social media, we are constantly expected to put on a polished show: calm, competent, and unflappable. It’s exhausting. We've unlearned how to simply rest, because in a hyper-optimized world, stepping back feels like failure.

3. The Scanner Dilemma

The truth is, most of us carry a multi-passionate "scanner personality." We hold a vast web of interests, refuse to be squeezed into a single rigid box, and see potential everywhere. But the system constantly shouts: "Niche down! Find your lane!" It leaves us paralyzed, wondering where to even begin.

Drowned in algorithms, we've lost touch with our innate strength. We’ve forgotten how to pause and trust our own minds.

Turning Movement into Clarity

I think best when I change my environment and get moving. I step away, walk through a quiet space, and speak my raw, unvarnished thoughts straight into my phone. It captures the raw emotion, cools down my nervous system, and brings me back to a grounded, problem-solving state.

I upload this raw "thought-DNA" without a filter. From there, AI—like NotebookLM—serves as a neutral, non-judgmental sparring partner. It doesn't rewrite my ideas into cheap, generic social media posts. Instead, it distills the essence, organizes the mental clutter modularly like Lego bricks, and holds up a clear cognitive mirror.

Your Personal Safe Space

Before we broadcast anything to the world, we need to figure out what we actually think. Thoughts creates a protected sanctuary for that exact process.

In this personal safe space, you take back full control over your narrative. You don't have to prove anything to anyone, fill out endless forms, or perform for an audience. You record your thoughts, let the AI mirror help untangle generational loops, and then decide on your own terms: What stays private? What do I share with trusted peers? And what do I put out into the world?

Bridging the "Missing Middle"

Thoughts isn't a closed elite club, nor is it clinical therapy. It’s our answer to the "Missing Middle"—that massive gulf between six-month waitlists for therapy and the shallow, performative noise of social media.

It’s an asynchronous space where we can drop the masks, stop performing, and get real with one another. We don't use platforms like LinkedIn to feed our egos; we use them as a Trojan horse, injecting raw, authentic human insight into a feed drowning in corporate buzzwords. This connects directly with initiatives like Laura and Christina’s Anti Social Club—moving away from chasing reach toward creating true human resonance.

What’s in It for You

  • Zero Pressure, Zero Barriers: No sign-ups, no performance metrics, no quizzes. Come as you are, read along, and let the ideas sink in at your own pace.
  • Rewire Your Mental Habits: Break free from rigid thought loops. Everything we build in the physical world starts in the mind. Change the thought pattern, and your actions naturally follow.
  • Build Genuine Connection: Resilience and mental strength aren't built in isolation—they grow through care and cooperation. By sharing our unvarnished thought-DNA, we lay the groundwork for a real, collective "Us."

From Thought to Action

Thoughts is our workshop. We start with ourselves, build our own resilience, and ground that clarity right where real life happens: in our real-lab in Leipzig-Plagwitz, in sociocratic cooperative work, and in courageously building alternatives to outdated employment models.

You don't need to show up as a polished expert. Step in as you are, and use this space to catch your breath and rediscover your inner strength.
